Privacy Policy
Last updated October 23, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ByteMe Miami LLC, doing business as BytesPCS (“BytesPCS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://bytespcs.ai, including its Spanish pages at https://bytespcs.ai/es/ (the “Site”), or ask for a free AI plan through it (together, the “Services”).
We are responsible for decisions about how your personal information is handled. If you have questions, write to us at hello@bytespcs.ai.
Summary of key points
- What we collect. What you type into the plan form (your business details, a description of your week, the tools you use, your name, your email and, if you choose, your phone number), plus the basic technical information every website receives.
- What we do with it. We write your plan with help from an AI service, a person at BytesPCS reviews it, and we email it to you. We do not sell your information, show you ads or add you to a marketing list.
- Who helps us. Cloudflare (hosting and security), Anthropic (the AI that drafts plans), Resend (email delivery), Umami (visit statistics without cookies), Microsoft (our business inbox) and Telegram (an internal alert that carries only your business name, type and language).
- How long we keep it. Up to 12 months, then it is deleted automatically.
- Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@bytespcs.ai.

1. What information do we collect?
Information you give us
When you ask for a free AI plan, the form asks for:
| Information | Required |
|---|---|
| Business name | Yes |
| Type of business and team size (chosen from a list) | Yes |
| A description of where your week goes (up to 2,000 characters) | Yes |
| The tools you already use (from a list, plus an optional “other” field) | No |
| Your name | Yes |
| Your email address | Yes |
| Your phone number | No |
| The language you want your plan in | Yes |
Please do not include sensitive information in the form, such as health information, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers, or passwords. We do not need it to write a plan and we do not knowingly process sensitive personal information.
If you email us at hello@bytespcs.ai, we receive your email address, the content of your message and anything you attach.
Information collected automatically
- Request information. Like every website, the Site receives your IP address, browser type, device type, the page you asked for, the page that sent you, and the date and time. Cloudflare uses this to deliver the Site and protect it from attacks. Our Site’s request logs are kept for a few days.
- Spam and abuse protection. To limit repeated form submissions, we turn your IP address into a one-way coded value (a salted hash) and keep a counter for about one hour. To catch double submissions, we keep a coded value of your email and message for 10 minutes. These coded values cannot be turned back into your IP address, email or message.
- Security check on the plan form. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a person and not a bot. Turnstile collects technical signals such as your IP address and browser and device characteristics. When you send the form, we pass your IP address and the Turnstile result to Cloudflare to confirm the check. Turnstile is not used for advertising.
- Visit statistics. We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses in our statistics. It records the page visited, the referring site, browser, operating system, device type and country, and a few actions: clicking a plan button, playing the demo, switching language and sending the form. These records never include anything you type into the form.
- Language choice. If you click the English or Spanish switch, your browser remembers your choice on your own device (in local storage, under the name “lang”). It is not sent to us.
We do not collect information about you from data brokers, social media platforms or other outside sources.
2. How do we use your information?
We use your information to:
- Write your plan. We use what you entered to prepare a written plan for your business. Section 3 explains the role of AI.
- Send you your plan. We email the approved plan to the address you gave us.
- Reply to you. If you answer the plan email or write to us, we use your details to respond and, if you ask, to talk about working together.
- Improve future plans. We use up to five of the plans we most recently sent as writing examples when drafting new plans, so our plans stay clear and consistent. An example includes the description of the business’s week and the plan we wrote, which may mention a first name or business name. It never includes an email address or phone number. Examples are seen only by us and the AI service, never by other visitors.
- Keep the Site secure. We use technical information to prevent spam, fraud and abuse.
- Understand how the Site is used. We look at overall visit statistics to improve the Site.
- Meet legal obligations. We may use information to comply with the law or respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for targeted advertising. We do not send marketing email. If we ever want to send you news or offers, we will ask you first, and every such email will let you unsubscribe.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on these legal grounds: taking steps you asked for before a possible contract (writing and sending your plan), our legitimate interests (security, improving our plans and the Site), your consent where we ask for it, and legal obligations.
3. How do we use AI?
We use Claude, an AI model made by Anthropic, PBC, to prepare the first draft of each plan and, for plans requested in Spanish, to translate the approved plan.
- What the AI receives: your business name, type and team size, your description of your week, your tools, your first name (for the greeting) and the language you chose. It also receives the writing examples described in Section 2.
- What it never receives: your email address, your phone number or your last name.
- A person decides. Every plan is read, edited and approved by a person at BytesPCS before it is sent. Nothing is sent to you automatically, and no decision with legal or similar effects about you is made by automated means.
- Training. We have turned off the Anthropic setting that allows the data we send to be used to train its models. Anthropic keeps that data under its own policies, and with that setting off, it deletes it within 30 days, except where it must keep it longer for safety or legal reasons. See Anthropic’s Privacy Policy.
4. Who do we share your information with?
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the Services, and only what each one needs:
| Provider | What it does for us | What it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare, Inc. | Hosts the Site, protects it from attacks, runs the Turnstile check, briefly stores form submissions and forwards email sent to hello@bytespcs.ai | Site traffic, Turnstile signals, form submissions (until we collect them, at most 30 days) and emails sent to hello@bytespcs.ai |
| Anthropic, PBC | AI drafting and translation (Section 3) | Business details, your description, tools and first name |
| Resend | Delivers the plan email | Your email address and the plan |
| Umami Software, Inc. | Visit statistics without cookies | Page visits and the actions listed in Section 1, never form content |
| Microsoft Corporation | Hosts our business inbox, which receives mail sent to hello@bytespcs.ai | Emails you send us |
| Telegram | Sends us an internal alert when a new request arrives | Your business name, business type and chosen language |
Each provider handles information under its own privacy policy: Cloudflare (and its Turnstile privacy addendum), Anthropic, Resend, Umami, Microsoft and Telegram.
We may also share information:
- To follow the law. When we believe in good faith that the law, a court order or a lawful government request requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of BytesPCS, our clients or others.
- In a business transfer. If BytesPCS is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of the business, information may be transferred as part of that deal. This policy will continue to apply to it.
- With your permission. In any other case, only if you ask us to or agree to it.
5. Do we use cookies?
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and our visit statistics work without cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is a person. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
6. Where is your information processed?
BytesPCS is based in Florida, United States. Our providers process information in the United States and in other countries where they operate: Cloudflare runs a global network, and Umami and Telegram use servers in more than one region. Our own records are kept on our own systems in the United States.
If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. We protect it as described in this policy wherever it is processed.
7. How long do we keep your information?
| Information | How long |
|---|---|
| Form submission in the Site’s temporary storage | Until our office system collects it, usually within minutes, and never more than 30 days |
| Your request, our drafts and the plan we sent | 12 months from the day we received your request, then deleted automatically, including working files |
| Spam protection values (coded IP address) | About one hour |
| Double-submission check (coded email and message) | 10 minutes |
| Site request logs | A few days |
| Visit statistics | Up to 6 months |
| Emails you send us | As long as needed to answer you and keep business records |
Our providers keep the data they receive under their own policies. If you become a client, we keep the information needed to provide our services under the agreement we sign with you.
8. How do we keep your information safe?
The Site uses HTTPS, so information you send is encrypted on its way to us. Form submissions are held in access-controlled storage, our office system can collect them only with a secret key, and our records are kept on systems that only we can access. We limit what we send to each provider, as described above.
No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we learn of a breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
9. Do we collect information from children?
The Services are for businesses and are intended for adults 18 and older. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us at hello@bytespcs.ai and we will delete it.
10. What are your privacy rights?
Whatever state or country you live in, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and how we use it, and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- stop using your information for anything you gave us consent for, once you withdraw that consent (this does not affect what we did before).
To make a request, email hello@bytespcs.ai from the address you used with us, or tell us how else to confirm your identity. We will answer within 30 days. If we cannot do what you ask, for example because the law requires us to keep certain records, we will explain why. If you disagree with our answer, reply and ask us to reconsider; we will review it and respond within 45 days. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can also object to or restrict some processing, ask to receive your data in a portable format, and complain to your local data protection authority.
11. Do-Not-Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers can send a Do-Not-Track signal. There is no common standard for it, so the Site does not change its behavior when it receives one. The Site does not track you across other websites, and we do not allow third parties to do so through the Site.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser already matches how we operate. We treat it as a valid request to opt out of any sale or sharing.
12. Notice for specific states
- California. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing. California residents can make the requests in Section 10 at any time.
- Florida. We do not sell personal information, including sensitive personal information.
- Other states. Residents of states with their own privacy laws can use the rights in Section 10. We honor these requests whether or not the law applies to a business of our size.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If we make a material change, we will post a notice on the Site, and if we have your email for an open request, we may also tell you by email.
